Job Description
- Collect analyze and interpret data related to performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance data.
- Assess current business processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Conduct benchmarking against industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Present recommendations based on data analysis to senior management.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of implemented changes and initiatives.
- Propose and develop new metrics to measure the success of business operations.
- Assist in the management of projects aimed at enhancing business performance.
- Ensure timely completion of analysis and reporting as per project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance analysis data analysis or a similar role.
