INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN (Permanent)
Our client an established local organization who provides customized machines & systems to various industries is seeking an Installation Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to travel both nationally and internationally (position will travel almost 100%).
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer work sites to install/service custom automated machine systems
- Follow written work orders for proper installation
- Troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimum working conditions
- Create documents that detail the installation processes services performed and costs
- Provide training to customer machinists to ensure proper operation of equipment after installation is complete
- Ensure operators understand software systems to properly and efficiently run equipment
- Utilize phone and video to assist with maintenance and troubleshooting issues when not onsite
- Provide excellent service while interfacing with customers
- Complete special projects in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire
- 100% Travel typically Monday through Friday with weekends at home
- $25.00 $26.50/hour depending on experience; overtime pay and paid travel time (50% of hourly rate)

- 3 years relative technical experience or 5 in servicerelated roles involving travel
- Auto Mechanics HVAC Military and/or Facility Technicians have been successful in this role
