- Pay:$25/hr with a 5% shift differential
- Hours:Monday Friday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM OR 3:30 PM 2:00 AM (Overtime Available)

Were hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a wellestablished shop in North Tulsa. This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in CNC troubleshooting maintenance and repair. If youre a selfmotivated professional with experience in electrical and mechanical systems this is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and adjust equipment document test readings and perform necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace essential components covering both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret prints schematics diagrams and technical manuals for equipment repair.
- Conduct preventative maintenance using PM programs and inspection checklists.
- Align fit repair and assemble components using tools meters gauges and lifting devices.
- Prepare sketches write work orders and plan repairs based on project instructions.
- Fabricate or modify parts to complete repairs according to safety guidelines.
- Investigate equipment failures collaborate with engineering and production teams and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure correct installation of new equipment and document all testing and repairs.
- Follow strict lockout/tagout procedures for safety.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in CNC troubleshooting maintenance and repair.
- Experience with machining welding electronics and hydraulics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A proactive selfmotivated approach to minimizing equipment downtime.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to typical shop conditions which may include noise dust and occasional fumes (OSHA standards followed).
- Requires extensive standing and walking with occasional work in confined or dusty areas.
- Work primarily indoors but may involve some outdoor tasks as needed.
