The Operations Manager will oversee the daytoday operations of our wellness facilities ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for wellness strong organizational skills and the ability to drive operational excellence.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Health Management or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in operations management preferably within the spa wellness or hospitality industries.

Knowledge of spa industry regulations and operational standards.
Operational Efficiency :
Maintain Optimal staff to client ratio Oversee the daily operations of wellness centres including staffing scheduling and maintenance to ensure a clean safe and welcoming environment.
Implement & monitor SOP s for all operational processes.
Team Leadership and Development :
Build and lead high performing team mentor and develop the operations team including wellness practitioners administrative staff and support personnel.
Develop a culture of continuous improvement
Client Experience and Satisfaction :
Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Increase client retention and repeat visit rates.
Financial Management :
Ensure Financial Health and profitability of the wellness centre.
Develop and manage operational budgets monitor expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
Implement effective pricing strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
Inventory and Vendor Management :
Oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships to ensure costeffectiveness and availability of highquality products.
Implement effective inventory tracking and management systems.
Marketing and Community Engagement :
Build relationships with local businesses health professionals and community organizations to promote wellness initiatives and partnerships.
Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
Service & Program Development :
Collaborate with wellness professionals to develop and implement new programs and services that align with client needs and industry trends.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency service quality and client satisfaction.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations health and safety standards and company policies.
Achieve Zero safety incidents.
