DESIGNATION : Yard Supervisors / Operation Coordinator
LOCATION : Tamil Nadu
EXPERIENCE : 710 Years
Qualification : Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Management / Related field.

Qualification : Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Management / Related field.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Yard operations inventory control and HSE.
Basic reporting and logistics tools.
Communication and problemsolving.
Job Responsibilities of Yard Supervisors / Operation Coordinator Administer all yard related operations.
GRN and Invoicing:
a. Taking GRN in Tally for material import / local purchase.
b. Prepare invoice waybills etc.
c. Maintain yard records in proper way.
Transportation:
a. Taking quote from transport and crane operators.
b. Supervise loading and unloading.
Field visits:
a. Visit client site for inspection of material given on leasing.
b. Prepare visit and inspection report.
Others:
a. Inventory control.
b. Stock verification as and when required basis.
c. Coordinate for audit work.
d. Supervise material repair work.
e. Stacking of material per specification.
f. Share reports with management.
Health & Safety:
a. Safe practices to be followed for all yard operations.
b. Ensure zero accident in yard.
