As Assistant Marketing Manager at Fairmont Mumbai you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that enhance the hotels brand presence drive revenue and foster guest engagement. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement innovative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience ensuring Fairmont Mumbai maintains its position as a premier destination in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with the hotels objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize future marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing channels including the hotel website social media platforms email marketing and online advertising.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms that reflects the Fairmont brand and attracts our target audience.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices to maximize online visibility and engagement.
Public Relations and Communications:
- Support PR activities such as media relations press releases and media outreach efforts.
- Assist in developing communication materials including newsletters brochures and promotional materials.
- Maintain relationships with media partners and influencers to enhance the hotels media presence.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Use datadriven insights to recommend strategic marketing initiatives and pricing strategies.
Event Management:
- Coordinate and promote hotel events special promotions and packages.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives.
Brand Management:
- Uphold and promote the Fairmont brand values and standards in all marketing efforts.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing social media platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and problemsolving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
