Job Description

As an experienced Business Development Manager you will join our renowned team and elevate our brands to new heights. In this role you will pursue new business opportunities specifically focusing on MICE driving revenue with exceptional expertise.

You will build and maintain strong sophisticated relationships with MICE clients generating highvalue leads and securing elite business to Conference & Events. Your strategic vision and refined approach will exemplify the sophistication that defines our esteemed Conference & Events spaces creating success through incomparable dedication.

Your duties will include:

  • Business development and account management within the MICE sector.
  • Forward and innovative approach to seeking new MICE business.
  • Proactively selling Pullman & Mercure Conference & Events products and services.
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing department to ensure simple clear systems are in place to successfully manage the sale and implementation of any new business.
  • Ensure the best possible return for the hotel long term from these new and existing accounts.
  • Work with the operational departments to ensure clear systems in place to achieve excellence in customer service and repeat business from managed accounts.
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure the overall strategies of the hotel are achieved.

Qualifications :

  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with highprofile MICE clients.
  • Masterful negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Proficient in strategic planning and implementing business initiatives tailored to our  reputable C&E spaces.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities with a refined and polished demeanor.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • High degree of professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and represent the brand at industry events.
