What s the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our consumer finance offerings in New South Wales. As a BDM you ll be responsible for building and maintaining broker relationships leveraging our extensive network while identifying new opportunities for expansion.
This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in sales and relationship management. You ll thrive on autonomy while bringing your expertise in asset finance and mortgages to the table.
About You
To excel in this role you ll need to:
Have at least 3 years of BDM experience in sales/finance account management preferably in thirdparty intermediated channels within NSW.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of brokers and the local market.
Possess a proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets in the broker industry.
Show experience in executing broker development strategies with measurable success.
Have a deep knowledge of lending products and credit risk underwriting.
Exhibit a proactive hunter mindset coupled with exceptional problemsolving skills.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate a genuine passion for your work.
Show strong organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities.
