This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the Sales & Marketing operations of the designated units developing and driving strategic sales and marketing activity to maximize revenue potential and optimize business across all market segments to ensure budgeted expectations are met.
- Develop sales and marketing strategy to achieve annual performance targets
- Drive sales for corporate leisure and MICE markets
- Build and develop relationships with industry partners clients and tourism organizations.
- Engage and develop a dynamic and professional team to deliver results
Qualifications :
- Exceptional commercial sales and marketing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
- Previous luxury hospitality knowledge and experience.
- Dynamic leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Ability to lead motivate and engage a diverse team.
- Commercial acumen and proven ability to apply analytical skills and operate in a dynamic environment.
