Develops a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the brands business strategy and leads its execution.
Supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and ensures compliance with all policies standards and procedures.
Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service operational needs and financial objectives are met.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality F&B Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role preferably within a premium hotel or resort environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and cost management.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
