Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and collaborations within the wellness and hospitality industry
- Lead negotiations with potential partners and stakeholders to secure favorable agreements
- Conduct market research and create compelling business proposals to inform strategic decisionmaking
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement new business initiatives and monitor key performance indicators
- Represent the resort at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and foster relationships with key clients and industry influencers
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred with 10 years of progressive experience in business development preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities resulting in significant revenue growth
- Strong strategic planning analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
- Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a talent for cultivating partnerships and influencing diverse stakeholders
- Indepth knowledge of the hospitality industry and wellness sector including current trends and best practices
- Familiarity with the Thai market and business culture; fluency in English and Thai language required
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
