Job Description
As People & Culture Manager you will oversee daytoday human resource operations training and payroll management across four properties (Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya Royal Garden Plaza Phuket Minor Sky and Riverside Plaza). Based in Pattaya this role emphasizes people development while ensuring adherence to company policies procedures and systems.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields
Minimum 5 years experience in international companies with a track record of achievements.
Strong in interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English Thai and computer literate.
Results driven and strong in people management and development.
Additional Information :
- People Management
- Implement and maintain all people policies relating to recruitment promotions transfers personnel administration and employee relations.
- Recruiting and interviewing Management team
- Monitor payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits.
- Organize various activities including staff party managers conference and other activities as assigned by supervisors.
- Produce monthend reports for new hires termination turnover and resignation reasons.
- Set up effective communication channels with team members such as newsletter PR memos etc.
- Maintain manpower control report.
- Ensure exit interviews are conducted and taken into action for all management terminating their employment.
- Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are developed updated and communicated on a regular basis for all positions.
- Ensure orientation program is conducted for new team members.

- Monitor Visa and Work Permit for expat
- Able to travel between Pattaya and Bangkok
