Summary
We are looking for a Staff Flutter Mobile Engineer. As part of our team you will be responsible for developing scalable robust and highquality solutions. As an engineer you are a professional with several years of handson experience possessing advanced technical skills and indepth knowledge. You excel in problemsolving effective communication guiding and mentoring other engineers making critical technical decisions and contributing to the strategic direction of projects.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Professional Experience
- 8 years of experience building software applications.
- 5 years of experience developing mobile applications with Flutter / Dart.
Soft Skills
- Advanced English level.
- Open to learning new technologies.
- Great communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Good mentoring and negotiation skills
Required Skills
- Expertise in Flutter and Dart with proven experience building crossplatform mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Familiarity with other mobile development languages and frameworks like Kotlin Swift or ObjectiveC.
- Proficiency in version control systems including Git GitHub and GitLab.
- Experience working in agile development environments particularly Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of database systems like SQL and NoSQL and experience with local and cloud data storage solutions.
- Experience with API integration including REST gRPC and GraphQL.
- Skilled in writing unit tests for Flutter applications to ensure code quality and performance.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins for automating builds and deployments.
- Knowledge of security protocols like OAuth and awareness of OWASP security best practices for mobile applications.
- Experience integrating Flutter apps with cloud services like AWS GCP or Azure.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques including caching and code optimization.
- This sixmonth shortterm contract can extend up to a year.
- This role is available for remote contractors in Latin America only.
