Job Description
As a Bartender at Fairmont Mumbai you will be an integral part of our preopening team responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through your passion for mixology and impeccable service delivery. Your role will encompass crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages from classic cocktails to innovative creations all while ensuring adherence to Fairmonts high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks with precision and consistency maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their tastes.
- Uphold beverage recipes and techniques as per Fairmont standards ensuring the highest quality of beverages at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including stocking supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all beverage and safety regulations promoting responsible alcohol consumption.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel resort or highvolume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and other beverages.
- Strong understanding of beverage costs and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
