Overview
The Bar Manager plays a crucial role in the successful operation of the bar contributing significantly to the overall guest experience and profitability of the establishment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations and staff management.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of mixology and bar operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to create and enhance positive customer experience.
- Proficient in pointofsale (POS) systems and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledgeable in food and beverage pairings.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service preferred.
