he General Manager reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both hotels in alignment with company standards mission statement vision and values. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Performance: Maximizing revenue and profitability by implementing effective financial strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
Guest Satisfaction: Ensuring a high level of guest service and satisfaction through staff training quality assurance and guest feedback initiatives.
Team Development: Fostering a positive work environment that encourages staff development training and retention enhancing overall team performance.
Strategic Leadership: Leading the development and communication of clear strategies goals and objectives for the hotels ensuring alignment with corporate vision.
Operational Excellence: Developing implementing and monitoring operational plans to optimize efficiency and service quality across all departments.
Owner Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with hotel owners providing regular performance updates and addressing any concerns.
