Job Description
What youll do ...
- Youre the first face our guests see and you have your own way of treating them as individuals making them feel welcome and their stay special the Hox way.
- Deal with the coming and going of guests making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
- Work with all our teams to make sure were always busy and help our Restaurant and Events team with any individual and group bookings.
- Answer phones sort out requests give recommendations youre the onestopshop for our guests to turn to.
- Support our Waiters and Waitresses team by jumping into service duties during rush hours and/or any time they would need.
Qualifications :
What were looking for ...
- You are flexible to work on rotative shifts and on weekends.
- Its all about attitude for us someone who enjoys being helpful to others; that person who makes you feel confident they can answer any question and who youd want to stop and chat to.
- Passion for hospitality youre all about creating memorable experiences for others be they guests or colleagues.
- Fluent in English good German knowledge additional languages will be highly valuable.
- Youre all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with leaving them with a memorable experience.
- A people person great at building and nurturing long lasting relationships.
- Youre looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
