Job Description

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Group Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives across HR services focusing on payroll HR information systems administration services training recruitment and contract workforce outsourcing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the HR solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Business Development

    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share across HR payroll services HR information systems HR administration services training recruitment and contract workforce outsourcing.
    • Identify and assess new market opportunities build a robust pipeline and drive lead generation activities.
    • Analyze market trends competitor strategies and industry developments to provide insights for longterm business growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored HR solutions that add value.
    • Conduct presentations product demonstrations and client meetings to pitch the companys HR services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (HR training recruitment and outsourcing divisions) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  3. Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation pricing strategies and business development techniques.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets for HR payroll HRIS recruitment training and contract workforce outsourcing services.
    • Develop longterm business partnerships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and contract renewals.
  4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Work closely with the HR operations and training teams to align service offerings with client needs and market demand.
    • Lead and mentor a business development team ensuring that they meet their performance goals.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation and promote HR services.
  5. Proposal & Contract Management

    • Oversee the preparation of proposals bids and contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
    • Lead contract negotiations and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business HR or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development preferably within HR services training recruitment or outsourcing sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of HR payroll services HR information systems HR administration training recruitment and contract workforce outsourcing.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
