Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Managing finance team which provides backoffice finance support services to various IMI business entities
spread across Asia Europe and America.
The team provides operations spanning across Accounts payable receivable GL FP&A expense
management.

The incumbent is expected to lead the team to meet the daily weekly and monthly operational commitments
with the intercompanies for whom the work is being delivered.
Maintaining a high level of service level quality adhering to delivery timelines and SLAs.
Developing maintaining and reporting KPIs.
Developing a sustainable finance shared services (FSS) model where the resources are optimally utilized
enhancing the productivity.
Developing SOPs in various disciplines of FSS.
Developing FSS footprint within the IMI business by identifying potential internal clients presenting them with
Shared services advantage develop client relationship and expand business.
Manage finance operations for the Shared service centre which includes budgeting forecasting accounting
Invoicing GL audit
Overall responsible for day to day financial matters for shared service operation
Monthly management reporting on time with detail analysis and commentary
Timely billing of resources and collection of the outstanding from group co

To support Management on the various internal control initiatives and Group/ Internal audits.
Has experience in handling secretarial compliance under Company Act 2013.
Compliance of requirements under GST Customs Law STPI Income tax Service tax FEMA Transfer
Pricing RBI and SEZ Rule
Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action

Critical Competencies for Success
Qualified CA and CS with experience in managing sizable finance teams in BPO/KPO industry.
Thorough understanding of finance functions like accounts payable receivable FP&A General Ledger
accounting expense processing etc.
Good understanding of process optimization resource optimization & process documentation
Excellent MS Excel skills
Ability to converse with multiple entities across various geographies to explain FSS capabilities and ensure
the FSS business growth.
Ability to develop KPIs SLAs and ensure the team adheres to them
Excellent communication people management skills & client servicing
Good experience in budgeting & forecasting
Experience of managing core finance operations for entire legal entity (Private Ltd. Firms) especially in back
office service industry.
Good understanding of tax and related compliance.
Experience in handling audit.
10 to 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 to 6 years of postCA qualification with secretarial and
statutory compliance experience
