Functional Analyst 12 months Brussels
One of our important clients is currently looking for a functional Analyst for a 12month contract in Brussels.
A functional analyst in software development projects needs a diverse set of skills to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
We expect you to excel in as many of the following competencies as possible.
Analytical and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and systems to identify issues and opportunities.
Holistic Understanding: Allows you to see the big picture understanding how different components of the project fit together.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT and computer science principles including clould technology architectureal designs knowledge of data warehousing SQL... and advanced Excel capabilities.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Familiarity with the stages of software development and methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Proficiency in eliciting documenting and managing requirements using tools like UML and BPMN.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well within a team often involving crossfunctional collaboration.
ProblemSolving: Aptitude for identifying problems and developing practical solutions.
Project Management: Skills in planning organizing and managing activities and resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
Profile:
You live in Belgium
You possess professional proficiency in Dutch French as well as English
You have a strong understanding of IT systems and software
You have 4 years of experience as functional analyst in software development
preferably as member of scrum teams
Knowledge of and experience with BPMN
