Job Description
- Managing lead opportunity and contract processes master data marketing campaigns and customer data (GDPR compliance).
- Handling interfaces with SAP PI/CPI SAP Bdocs and other systems (FICA ECC BRIM).
- Resolving incidents designing solutions preparing functional/technical specifications and customizing SAP CRM.
- Acting as the functional lead for CRM B2B capabilities during the SAP C4C V2 and SAP S/4HANA implementation (project shERPa).
- Manage incidents changes and testing (unit integration regression).
- Collaborate with process leads key users and CRM team to implement enhancements.
- Suggest improvements adopt best practices and keep up with technology trends.
- Contribute to projects impacting the SAP CRM landscape.
- You will report to the CRM Business Area Lead and work closely with the Customer Service and Sales & Marketing teams.
- At least 7 years of experience in application maintenance
- At least 7 years of experience in customizing and maintaining SAP CRM modules
- Experience in implementing Lead to Contracting processes
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales
- GDPR knowledge and implementation experience
- Able to come onsite in Brussels office 23 times per week (depending on workshops but always a minimum of twice/week) .
- Strong communication skills and able to verbally communicate read and write in Dutch and English
- University (Master) degree or equivalent experience
