Job Description

HRIS Project Manager 12 months Brussels

One of our important clients is currently looking for a HRIS Project Manager for a 12months contract in Brussels.

Description below:

As a Project Manager with experience in implementation of HRIS projects you will manage the delivery of the HRIS projects assigned in terms of scope time budget and quality. The projects will mainly be situated within the HRIS and ERP domains.

As a handson Project Manager being part of the SAP HR Team.

You manage the overall scope definition planning staffing and delivery until closure of the HRIS projects on time within budget and in accordance with the guidelines and standards as defined by the PDS PMO (BPM2)

You assure proper project organization and assist in administrative tasks:

MonitorProjectPerformanceandProgress

ManageBudget&planning

ManageRisks&Issues

Useprojecttemplatesandstandards

Createpresentationsreportsanddashboards

Communicate with project stakeholders to manage expectations on project deliverables

As a Project Manager you will demonstrate and promote our company values known as PROS:

You will report to the Business Area HR Lead and will work closely with the HR Process Leads HR Organization and HR SAP Specialists & Application Owners.

Experience and/or competencies:

You have a positive and constructive approach both as a team player as well as in supporting the positive image of the company

You are a clear communicator upstream and downstream separate core information from details and define concise messages

You are able to negotiate with different levels in the company to close discussions to derive conclusions and to handle conflicts

You are able to relate understand and influence the stakeholders/business perspectives.

Proven experience in one or more of the following functional domains:

Human Resource Management

SAP HCM & SAP Time

SuccessFactors Employee Central and all SuccessFactors modules o S4HANA

Proven experience in migrating SAP HCM (PA/OM/TM/PY) to SuccessFactors Employee Central and S4HANA Time
