Job Description:
Were looking for a MidLevel AllSource Analyst with a focus on HUMINT (Human Intelligence) to support our reachback operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis particularly in CI/HUMINT and experience working at the tactical/operational level within the Department of Defense or equivalent government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct allsource intelligence analysis with a focus on HUMINT
- Produce highquality intelligence products and briefings
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to support mission requirements
- Collaborate with interagency partners and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
Education:
- Associate degree OR three years of specialized DoD training
Experience:
- Minimum of four years analytical experience
- At least two years of CI/HUMINT/intelligence analysis experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent government agencies
Required Background:
Must have one of the following:
- Former MOS: 35F 350F 18F 35D 34A
- USMC: 0205 Master Analyst 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist 0231 Intelligence Specialist 0239 Intelligence Analyst
- U.S. Navy: Navy Intelligence Specialist
- USAF: 14NX Intelligence Officer 1N1XX Operations Intelligence 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst
- Other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes
Security Clearance:
- Possession of a TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph (Current or Pending) is highly desired.
Skills:
- Proficient in standard computer applications and intelligencerelated automation tools
- Strong research analytical and writing skills
- Excellent briefing skills including the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Deployed experience in Afghanistan Iraq/SWA regional issues CI/HUMINT CT political and military analysis
