Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Logistics Admin Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the logistical aspects of our operations. This role requires a strong understanding of administrative processes and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between various departments and external partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor logistics operations
  • Oversee inventory management and control
  • Communicate with suppliers vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
  • Handle administrative tasks related to logistics operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or relevant field
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
  • Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standard



Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accounting team. Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all data is input correctly. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval. Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required by the team. Handle various administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team leader to support the overall functioning of the department.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
