Job Description
- Telecommunications Management: Lead and manage telecommunications projects focusing on the implementation and expansion of broadband infrastructure including fiber optic networks.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the design planning and execution of civil and construction projects related to telecommunications ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
- Broadband Project Management: Provide leadership in managing broadband project activities from conceptualization to completion ensuring the quality and success of the projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including construction civil engineering and telecommunications experts to deliver highquality broadband projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders including local authorities contractors and internal teams to align project objectives and ensure smooth execution.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery within scope and budget.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize indepth knowledge of fiber optic technologies and telecommunications infrastructure to advise on best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
- Relevant B Degree in Telecommunications Project Management or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in telecommunications project management with a focus on broadband and fiber optic infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications management and broadband project management principles.
- Experience with fiber optic technologies and the design and implementation of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing largescale projects in a civil and construction environment specifically related to telecommunications.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
