Summary:
We are seeking an energetic Engineer to join dynamic team of Aryan Engineers and drive the sales of industrial abrasive products. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets within the industrial consumables market. This role requires a deep understanding of the products industry trends and effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the industrial sector.
- Understand customer needs challenges and requirements to offer tailored solutions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Regularly engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling consumable products.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for industrial consumables.
- Identify and prospect new clients within the target market segments leveraging industry knowledge and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present product offerings pricing and proposals to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of industrial consumables.
- Develop a deep understanding of our range of industrial consumable products including their applications and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and market developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers helping them choose the most suitable products for their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports forecasts and analyses for management review.
- Use datadriven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as customer support product development and logistics to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Communicate market feedback and customer insights to contribute to product enhancements and innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the industrial consumables sector.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex industrial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel to client locations on regular basis.
- Must own a motorcycle or car for travelling to industrial customers

Education: A Bachelor s Degree (B.E. or B.Tech.) in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering will be an advantage. Experience: This role requires a minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, field based technical services or sales engineering and should possess good understanding of Industrial applications like cement, power, steel plants etc. and/or automotive applications like engines, transmissions, hydraulics etc. Must have sound understanding of customers and an experience with Lubricants Industry shall be preferred (optional) . Competencies: Ability to demonstrate value creation for customers Presentation skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to manage internal & external customers well. A demonstrated track record in problem solving. Strong networking and influencing skills. Experience in using applications like MS Office etc. Having a two-wheeler with valid driving license is a must
