Who are we looking for YOU!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Salesforce projects for our clients ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timeline
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop project plans that align with their goals
Manage project resources including internal team members and external contractors to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce usage and best practices
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in project delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities
Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
Salesforce certifications are an asset
