Are you an ambitious Sous Chef or Head Chef at a smaller sized Hotel/Restaurant and are you looking to work in a fun stimulating and engaging environment Well then put your knifes down because we would like to hear from you!
You will have autonomy over the day to day management of the kitchen in terms of rotas team recruitment and the various menus whilst together with the F&B and C&B managers youll ensure that all guest satisfaction requirements are met.
It goes without saying that food hygiene should be at the top of your agenda!
You will also manage your staffing and food cost of sales like it is your own restaurant!
You will actively participate in the creation and change of menus in the restaurant bar and C&B departments as well as the Breakfast buffet.
We would love you to be proactive curious creative and have a great sense of humor. As a key member of the hotels management team you will participate to management meetings
You enjoy learning yourself whilst developing and teaching the members of your team.
