We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Conveyancing to join their team in Central London. In this pivotal role you will lead their conveyancing operations drive growth and build a team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities - Lead the conveyancing team managing daytoday operations while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit develop and mentor a highperforming team of conveyancers to support business growth.
- Handle and oversee a caseload of residential property transactions including leasehold new build and shared ownership properties.
- Ensure all team activities meet deadlines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service maintaining clear communication with clients referrers and stakeholders.
- Utilize our bespoke case management system to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Drive a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Represent the brand as a role model for professionalism expertise and client care.
Person Specification - Experience: Minimum 4 years of postqualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing with a proven track record of managing caseloads autonomously.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of leasehold new build and shared ownership transactions antimoney laundering legislation and SRA compliance.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead manage and grow a team in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational and timemanagement skills with proficiency in using case management systems the Land Registry Portal and Online SDLT.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborators.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial proactive and adaptable with a passion for innovation and customer success.
