Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clinets ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and midsized organizations in Canada/US. We currently have a fulltime permanent role with our large consulting client in the Greater Toronto Area as a Delivery Lead SAP Solutions.

Salary: $90000 $110000 commissions and bonus benefits
Location: Remote but travel to client sites in the GTA is required
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Delivery Lead to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the endtoend delivery process ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the delivery of SAP projects from initiation to completion
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers consultants and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
Develop project plans timelines and budgets and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Ensure project documentation is completed and maintained according to company standards
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders including clients and senior management
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver projects successfully
Conduct regular project reviews and implement process improvements as needed
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continually improve project delivery processes
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery preferably with SAP projects
Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
SAP certification is a plus
