Position: Customer Service Advisor (Italian)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer support to Italianspeaking customers by phone email chat and social media channels
Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
Closely work with other departments together for example Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Italian both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to listen actively identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
- Ability to take stressful situations well
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
- Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone tablet or computer is easy for you)
- Good and customerfriendly service is the highest priority for you
- Curious and persistent in solving issues
- Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
OFFER:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement

Training Conditions Duration: 30 calendar days
Schedule: Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00

- If the candidate is based in Portugal needs to live above Coimbra. International candidate are not affected. The 30 days of training period will be paid differently as the candidates will receive a daily amount per training day attended which totalizes around 660 net. Language : 100/month x 12 Skill: 100/month x 12 Performance bonus (gross): up to 120/month x 12 Attendance bonus (gross): 100/month x 12 Meal allowance: 6/per working day (paid in meal card)
