About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll:
- Take ownership of project delivery from initiation through completion.
- Utilize expertise in project management methodologies and advanced data analysis tools.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Your Mission:
- Project Planning & Execution: Manage client projects endtoend including project planning execution and stakeholder management (project management PMP Agile).
- Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights leveraging tools such as Excel Power BI and SQL (data analysis reporting financial analysis).
- Team Leadership: Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver on strategic goals (team leadership communication collaboration).
- Software Development Support: Work with Java Python and C to build innovative solutions (software engineering programming).
Core Competencies:
- Project management (PMP Agile Scrum).
- Data analysis & reporting (SQL Excel Tableau Power BI).
- Leadership & communication (team management presentation skills conflict resolution).
- Software development expertise (Java Python C React).
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management Computer Science or related field; PMP certification preferred.
- Experience: 5 years in project management within healthcare technology or finance.
- Skills: Expertise in tools such as Salesforce CAD Excel and programming languages (Java Python).
- Strengths: Leadership problemsolving communication and data analytics.
Skills Required:
- Project Management: PMP Agile Scrum
- Data Analysis & Reporting: SQL Excel Tableau Power BI
- Team Leadership & Communication: Collaboration people management presentation skills
- Software Development: Java Python C React
- Cloud Computing: AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Certifications:
- PMP CPA or Lean Six Sigma
- Additional certifications relevant to the role
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management or related field
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Computer Science (preferred)
