David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Afrikaans speaking Customer Support Representative for their Lisbon offices.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon Portugal

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Listen actively to customers questions and concerns about products and provide accurate and effective solutions to address their needs
- Offer clear and concise guidance regarding product usage ensuring customers understand how to use products safely and efficiently
- Provide detailed information on product ingredients composition and safety answering any queries related to the contents of products
- Assist in emergency situations offering immediate support and advice for customers facing issues like product misuse and escalating critical cases when necessary
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the product line and ensure all customer inquiries are handled with professionalism and empathy
- Document customer interactions accurately ensuring detailed records are kept for future reference or further investigation when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent inAfrikaans both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Eligible to work in Portugal or presettled in Portugal
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond thoughtfully to customer inquiries
- Strong problemsolving abilities to address customer concerns efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in customer service particularly in handling technical or productrelated inquiries is preferred but not required
- Ability to remain calm and composed during highpressure situations such as emergencies or difficult customer interactions
- Proficiency in using email phone systems and other customer service tools; experience with CRM software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests and document conversations accurately.
