Job Description
Title: ServiceNow Project Manager
Visa: USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD
Duration: Long Term contract
Location: Hybrid work in Sacramento California (need local only)
We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager for a hybrid role with our Sacramento California based client. This position requires 2 days/week onsite as directed by the client.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion ensuring all objectives are met within budget and on schedule
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers analysts and client stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables and timelines
Develop and maintain project plans resource scheduling budget tracking and risk management strategies
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations and provide timely updates on project progress
Ensure project quality and compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards
Identify and resolve project issues and risks and escalate as needed to ensure project success
Conduct project postmortems and identify areas for improvement for future projects
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management specifically with ServiceNow projects
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Experience in Agile project management methodologies
Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
