Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for approving sales orders in our system ensuring that all information submitted by sales associates is accurate and complete prior to fulfillment. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve sales orders entered by sales associates in the system.
- Verify that all required information is accurately filled out including customer details product specifications and pricing.
- Communicate with sales associates to clarify any discrepancies or incomplete information.
- Maintain accurate records of processed orders and any modifications made.
- Assist in generating reports on sales order accuracy and processing efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address any issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and order processing.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry order processing or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
