Job Description

Join MKT Corporate Promotions as a Customer Service Representative and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to elevating brand experiences. As a Customer Care Representative youll be the first point of contact providing guidance and support managing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction all while upholding our high standards. Tasks

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and live chat ensuring prompt and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions including details of inquiries complaints and comments using the companys CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and events teams to ensure customer requirements are met and provide updates on service delivery timelines and any potential changes.
  • Assist customers in navigating the company website providing guidance on service offerings and helping them with order placements or modifications.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related role within the events services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Strong sense of urgency
