Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client in the insurance sector is hiring for 12 open roles dedicated to supporting essential group benefits including health dental and life insurance. These opportunities combine professionalism and impact offering the chance to excel in a dynamic clientfocused and hybrid work environment.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $24.43.
6month contract with the potential for extension.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Training: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST (4 6 weeks).
Rotational shifts posttraining: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound customer calls for seven hours daily to address diverse and complex requests.
Follow up on group insurance plan files to ensure accurate resolutions.
Participate in monthly coaching sessions and weekly skillbuilding activities.
Collaborate with colleagues in person to enhance processes share insights and improve service quality.

What you will need to succeed:

High school diploma required; a college degree is considered an asset.
5 to 7 years of customer service experience preferably in an information center retail or service sector.
Strong problemsolving abilities and adaptability to changing environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Teams and Outlook.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Technical proficiency research skills and attention to detail.
Experience with webbased and computer applications is an asset.
Background in group benefits or prior contact center experience is an advantage.
