Job Description
- Develop and implement the company s longterm strategy ensuring alignment with industry trends market opportunities and the company s vision and goals.
- Oversee daytoday operations ensuring efficient and scalable processes product quality and timely delivery.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability ensuring costeffective management of resources budgeting and financial planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation encouraging research and development to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving semiconductor market. Lead initiatives to develop cuttingedge products and technologies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and markets. Build strong relationships with key clients suppliers and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may affect the company s performance and sustainability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead mentor and develop the senior management team and workforce promoting a highperformance culture. Ensure effective succession planning and talent retention.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company maintaining transparent communication with the Board of Directors investors and other key stakeholders.
Sustainability and ESG:
- Drive the company s environmental social and governance (ESG) initiatives aligning business practices with sustainable development goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles with at least 5 years in the semiconductor industry.
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry including supply chain manufacturing R&D and market trends.
- Proven experience in managing and leading crossfunctional teams and scaling businesses.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics business development and P&L management.
- A track record of driving innovation and delivering new product developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
- Experience in leading a company with a global presence understanding international markets and dealing with diverse cultures.
