Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles with at least 5 years in the semiconductor industry.
Industry Expertise:
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry including supply chain manufacturing R&D and market trends.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven experience in managing and leading crossfunctional teams and scaling businesses.
