Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring guest rooms public spaces and employee areas are clean and wellmaintained.
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Conduct inspections and implement improvement plans to enhance service quality.
- Focus on guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing departmental financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards.
