Job Description
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and delivery of railway propulsion system projects. The GM will be responsible for leading crossfunctional teams managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring the timely and costeffective execution of propulsion system initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of railway systems particularly in propulsion technology and a proven ability to manage largescale technically complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution:
- Lead and manage all aspects of railway propulsion system projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans schedules budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality safety and regulatory standards.

Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on propulsion systems (traction motors converters inverters etc.) and related subsystems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design development and implementation align with project goals and railway industry standards.

Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients suppliers regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate project status risks and mitigation strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks to project timelines cost and quality.
- Implement risk mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of issues to avoid project delays.

- Develop and manage project budgets ensuring cost control and optimal resource utilization.
- Track and report on financial performance including forecasting and variance analysis.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for propulsion system components.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in project management with at least 7 years in the railway industry specifically in propulsion systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing largescale technically complex engineering projects.
- Experience with railway propulsion systems including traction motors converters inverters and control systems.
Requirements Qualification : Any graduate Industry : From only any building materials industry.
