Job Description
Release Train Engineer 12 months Brussels
One of our important clients is currently looking for a RTE for a 12month contract based in Brussels.
Please find the description below:
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Program Manager to facilitate PI planning
Identify and remove impediments to team progress
Provide guidance on managing risks and dependencies
Coach team members in Lean Agility and Scrum practices
Act as a servant leader guiding the Agile Release Train (ART) toward successful delivery and continuous improvement
Manage project scopes timelines and stakeholder expectations
Foster collaboration among analysts UX designers product managers and solution
designers to ensure the right solution is delivered efficiently
Qualifications (Must have skills and experience)
Master s degree in a relevant field
Strong technical skills with experience in Cloud development and Frontend development
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in managing crossfunctional teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with handson execution
Passion for continuous learning and improvement
Proven experience with Clevel executives
Skill in creating strategic roadmaps
Ability to align initiatives with organizational goals
