Position: Lead Generation & Administrative Assistant
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time
Holidays: US holidays
Pay Range : $1100 to $1200 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)
Company/Client Overview:
A USbased company in the construction industry
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain lead lists utilizing publicly available data and internal reports.
Research architects and interior designers as potential leads for our services.
Reach out to targeted individuals to initiate contact and establish rapport.
Track permits pulled by architects and interior designers to identify potential projects.
Monitor if there is already a contractor assigned to a permit assessing competition.
Schedule meetings with the owner to pitch our services based on lead research.
Input relevant data into the CRM system to maintain accurate records and track progress.
Excel at calendar management to ensure timely followups and meeting scheduling.
Assist with email correspondence to maintain communication with leads and internal stakeholders.
Weekly Status Updates of current permit status based on the PreCon tracker within the Trello Board
Monthly PreCon time reports categorized by client
Monthly Lead Status reports
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role ideally within the construction or real estate sector.
Has strong research abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Trello
Familiarity with any CRM systems; experience with Marketing360 CRM is a plus.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
