Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Compliance Officer
Sector: Banking
Start Date: November 2024
Duration: 7 months
Utilization: 100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- Document compliance processes ensuring all procedures are up to date and meet regulatory and industry standards
- Assist in drafting reviewing and formalizing new internal directives that align with the companys compliance objectives
- Ensure that all compliance processes and directives are in accordance with the relevant banking and financial regulations including antimoney laundering (AML) Know Your Customer (KYC) and other financial compliance requirements
- Work closely with the compliance team to manage workstreams related to compliance as part of a M&A integration ensuring a smooth transition of compliance policies and procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
- Resident in Switzerland
- 4 years PQE in the compliance field
- Strong understanding of banking and financial regulations including AML KYC and other relevant compliance frameworks
