Your mission
As
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
you will lead oversee and inspire the entire product organization to create innovative products that meet the needs of our customers clients and partners to drive LeaseTeqs growth.
This role requires an expert in executing and getting things done ideally with a passion for automotive and financial services and exceptional leadership skills. S/he will work closely with our CTO and all other senior leaders to align product delivery and roadmap with business objectives and ensure the delivery of high quality products that are both scalable and profitable. The CPO will report to the CEO and work closely with crossfunctional teams including Finance Marketing Sales and Experience to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Product Vision: Our product vision is based on the great value that automation and integration can bring to the intersection of the automotive and financial industries. To address the huge market opportunity our architecture is built on business process management. Leveraging automation data analytics and artificial intelligence to optimize internal processes reduce administrative overhead and improve overall performance. Create a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation collaboration and continuous learning among our technology teams.
- Product Roadmap : Create and oversee the various products of our intuitive digital platforms and applications that streamline the leasing process and provide customers with a seamless personalized experience from application to contract signing and beyond. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high quality product releases. Implement product management best practices including agile methodologies usercentered design and datadriven decision making.
- Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements. Use data and analytics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the executive team to align product initiatives with business goals. Partner with Experience and Growth teams to develop gotomarket strategies and support product launches. Collaborate with customer support to ensure a seamless user experience and prompt resolution of customer issues. Create and present the product vision and issues in a highly engaging and persuasive manner including board meetings and meetings with key customers.
- Team Development: Lead mentor and inspire a team of product managers designers and analysts. Foster a collaborative and highperforming team culture focused on delivering exceptional products. Set clear goals and performance metrics for the product team and regularly review progress. Support the HR team in developing and implementing talent acquisition retention and development strategies.
- Financial and Performance Management: Manage the product budget and effectively allocate resources to achieve product goals. Track and report on key product metrics including user engagement revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Continuously evaluate product financial performance and make datadriven decisions to optimize profitability.
Your profile
The ideal candidate offers the following skills:
- Strong in yet visionary and agile in product development and innovation.
- Bachelors degree in business computer science engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant product management experience with a proven track record of leading successful product teams is a plus.
- Startup/scaleup experience particularly in B2B2C/B2B platforms.
- Fintech background and passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
- Passion for innovation and a customercentric mindset.
- Excellent leadership communication and people skills.
- Agile management and methodologies to maximize impact and evolve the culture of the division.
- Ability to rapidly scale an organization and align with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English is a must fluency in German is a strong advantage.
