Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Compliance Officer
Sector: Industry
Start Date: December 2024
Duration: 36 months
Utilization: 80100%
Location: Berne & Remote
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- Check company policies and procedures for compliance with current regulations
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of policies to ensure ongoing compliance
- Provide recommendations for policy improvements based on regulatory changes
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Identify and address potential compliance risks in contractual agreements
- Provide guidance on necessary amendments to ensure contract compliance
- Write and develop handbooks and policies in accordance with relevant regulations
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Resident in Switzerland
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
