Job Title: Lead Architect (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of scalable and robust architecture for applications and systems ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement technology strategies that support organizational goals including cloud migration data management and integration solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration while ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Work closely with product managers developers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide architectural guidance.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies evaluating their potential impact on the organization and integrating relevant solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation including design specifications guidelines and best practices.
• Establish processes for quality assurance and performance optimization of applications and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Experience in software development and architecture with a focus on enterpriselevel applications.
• Strong proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF Zachman).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of database management systems including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams fostering a collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of presenting complex ideas to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Federal Experience is a plus.

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital enhancement to improve operational efficiency.
• Research assess and recommend digital tools and technologies that support transformation initiatives and improve business processes.
• Lead digital transformation projects from conception to implementation ensuring Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions including stakeholder engagement and training.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decisionmaking track progress and measure the success of transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels articulating the benefits of digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• Experience in digital transformation business analysis or project management.
• Experience in digital tools and technologies such as CRM systems automation software and data analytics platforms.
• Experience managing projects using methodologies such as Agile or Lean; certification Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
