Job Description
Job Description: Salesforce Architect.
Location: Arizona
Experience:13 year
Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership:
-
Design and implement robust solutions leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and MFG Cloud (RLM experience is a plus).
-
Develop and optimize advanced ETM (Enterprise Territory Management) setups.
-
Provide architectural guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
-

Data Modeling and Integration:
-
Create scalable and efficient data models to support business processes.
-
Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems including SAP or ERP platforms (experience with ERP data models is a plus).
-
Develop and maintain integration frameworks to ensure seamless data flow.
-

Prototyping and Demonstration:
-
Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and deliver compelling demonstrations to stakeholders.
-
Collaborate with teams to iterate and refine solutions based on feedback.

Analytics and Reporting:
-
Utilize CRM Analytics (CRMA) or equivalent tools to design and implement analytics solutions.
-
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Collaboration and Communication:
-
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Required Qualifications:
-
Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and MFG Cloud (RLM is a plus).
-
Proficiency in creating and managing data models and understanding of ERP or SAP data models.
-
Experience with advanced Enterprise Territory Management setups.

Strong skills in integration architecture and frameworks.
-
Ability to create POCs and deliver impactful demos to stakeholders.
-
Proficiency with CRM Analytics (CRMA) or similar analytics platforms.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
