Job Description
Project Architect Architecture
Our client a leading architecture firm is seeking an experienced Project Architect to oversee and drive the successful execution of architectural projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills technical expertise and a passion for delivering highquality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project progress budgets and profitability to ensure successful outcomes
- Develop and manage architectural design concepts and project drawings
- Collaborate with interior design site planning and engineering teams to ensure project goals are met
- Assist with construction administration consultant coordination and document preparation
- Lead and manage teams of project leaders captains and designers
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Ensure compliance with project schedules budgets and quality standards
- Communicate project requirements effectively with internal teams and consultants
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Experience: 515 years of experience in architectural project management
- Architectural licensure preferred
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a resultsdriven approach
- Excellent knowledge of construction documents and building codes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD MS Word and MS Excel
