Required Qualifications and Skills
Willingness to recruit a full lifecycle across all functions and levels within a heavily matrixed environment is required.
Has validated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages is required.
Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required as are strong project management analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
Possess excellent assessment and interviewing skills and strong command of assessment and selection methodologies instruments and processes are preferred.
Has preferably knowledge of HR recruitment practices including compensation global mobility employment law interviewing and sourcing strategies preferred.
Should have an experience on Workday Recruiting (ATS) and LinkedIn
Graduation with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
