Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic Recruiter/talent advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity market knowledge and a strong network.
  • Develop a keen understanding of client s long and shortterm strategies with a special focus on its different growth drivers and innovation pipeline.
  • Drive a bestinclass candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline.
  • Work on the complete endtoend recruitment process for internal clients.
  • understand the business ask Job roles competencies proficiency levels for the client s hiring requirements support global staffing.
  • Provide market trends and sources which will work well for quality hiring.
  • Manage a Team of Recruiters & drive performance basis client requirements.
  • Publish relevant reports to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare & present WBR MBR & QBR
  • Conduct appraisal for the team members.
  • Drive Team performance Scorecard basis business requirements
  • Handle escalations on Talent Acquisition & client management is a must.
  • Groom Team members & help them to become an independent performer.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Willingness to recruit a full lifecycle across all functions and levels within a heavily matrixed environment is required.
  • Has validated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages is required.
  • Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required as are strong project management analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent assessment and interviewing skills and strong command of assessment and selection methodologies instruments and processes are preferred.
  • Has preferably knowledge of HR recruitment practices including compensation global mobility employment law interviewing and sourcing strategies preferred.
  • Should have an experience on Workday Recruiting (ATS) and LinkedIn
  • Graduation with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
