Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage fullcycle recruitment processes for IT roles based in the UK and USA. The ideal candidate will be skilled at sourcing interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers to place toptier talent in various IT disciplines. Familiarity with time zone differences and international recruitment best practices is essential. This role requires working hours from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM Monday to Saturday to effectively align with UK and USA time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Screening: Source screen and evaluate qualified IT professionals for positions in the UK and USA markets.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates using LinkedIn job boards social media and other sourcing platforms.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Offer Management: Manage the offer negotiation and hiring process including onboarding and documentation.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and relevant hiring practices in the UK and USA.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate candidate records and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Candidate Relations: Build relationships with candidates ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on UK and/or USA roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT terminologies technologies and skill sets.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Ability to work the specified shifts: 12:30 PM 10:00 PM Monday to Saturday.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Legal Knowledge: Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices in the UK and USA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources IT or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in IT recruitment for international markets.
- Visa Knowledge: Familiarity with visa and work authorization requirements in the UK and USA.
No Freelancing recruiters or Freshers. Must have IT recruitment experience and must be available as per above criteria
Benefits
Starting Salary: 1820K per month
Performance based additional quarterly team incentive
Educational Qualification: Recent graduates with a degree in any discipline. Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule: Must be willing to work from 9:30AM to 6:30PM OR 1:00PM to 10:00PM, Covering Monday to Saturday.
